Jake Hollier

Jake H. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jake is currently working as a Talent Partner - Commercial at Runa, where they are involved in pioneering a payment rail system that allows companies to send and accept digital value at scale. Prior to this, Jake worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Randstad Sourceright, where they specialized in matching the right people with the right roles for their client organizations. Before that, they served as a Marketing Recruitment Specialist at ESA Group Recruitment Specialists. Jake also has entrepreneurial experience as the Founder of Jakes Coffee Box, where they developed and executed sales and profit plans for the coffee shop. Additionally, they have worked at Sandwell and West Birmingham Hospitals NHS Trust, where they held roles as a Theatre Support Assistant and an Internal Recruitment Consultant. In the latter role, they were responsible for managing and processing resourcing and bank inquiries and assisting in the end-to-end recruitment processes for temporary and permanent positions.

Jake H. attended Cardinal Wiseman RC School from 2003 to 2008, where they completed their high school education. Additionally, they obtained the certification of "Influence Through Data Driven Insights Graduate" from Randstad Sourceright in May 2021.
