Andrew Lang has a diverse work experience in the legal and financial sectors. Andrew is currently the Founder & CEO of Lang Search Group and also serves as a Managing Director at Wegman Partners. Previously, they worked as a Principal and Division Director at Parker and Lynch, overseeing the DC team and focusing on placing attorneys in top-level positions. Prior to this, Andrew was an Attorney Search Director at Parker and Lynch and held various roles at BSI Financial Services/MCM Capital Partners, ACL Legal Consulting, Winston & Strawn LLP, Martin F.
