Marc Sachs

Marc Sachs possesses extensive experience in the hospitality and beverage industry, showcasing a diverse skill set across multiple roles. Since September 2018, Marc has served as a Cooking Coach at Wegmans Food Markets while also holding the title of Assistant Manager - Wine. Prior to this, Marc held significant positions at Kappy's Fine Wines & Spirits and Stone Wood Tavern, where responsibilities included wine management and operations management, respectively. Experience in consulting, hospitality, and beverage management is underscored by roles at MAS Consulting and Salvatore's & Sal's Pizza. Notably, Marc served as President of Uno Chicago Grill and Corporate Beverage Manager at both Uno Restaurant Holdings Corp and Merchant's Wine & Spirits over a span of 15 years. Education was obtained at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, from 1971 to 1974.
