Elena Guzairova

Elena Guzairova has extensive experience in HR and personnel management. Elena currently works as an HR Business Partner at WeGoTrip since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Globus.ai from 2022 to 2022. In this role, they were responsible for full cycle recruiting, HR administration, and development of company culture and HR brand. Before that, Elena worked as an HR Manager at DEME Group from 2019 to 2021, where they handled HR administration and payroll processes, implemented internal policies, and provided migration support. Elena also worked as a Senior HRA Specialist at Acsour Accounting Outsourcing from 2017 to 2019, where they managed HR administration for multiple clients and conducted HR audits. Elena's earlier experience includes working as the Deputy Chief of Personnel Department at Saint-Petersburg Electrotechnical Company from 2012 to 2017, where they handled HR administration and provided migration support. Elena also worked as an HR Manager and later as an Office Manager at Becker Mining Systems-Sibir from 2006 to 2012, where they managed HR administration, recruitment, and office support duties.

Elena Guzairova's educational journey begins in 2001 at the Kuzbass State Pedagogical Academy, where they pursued a degree in Foreign languages and became a Teacher of two foreign languages, specifically English and German. Elena completed their studies in 2006. Continuing their academic pursuits, Elena attended the International Institute of Economics and Law from 2008 to 2012, obtaining a degree in Civil Law and becoming a Lawyer. Moving forward to 2021, they enrolled at the Universidad de Sevilla, earning a Master in Labour Sciences. The following year, Elena remained at the same institution to pursue a Máster en Psicología de las Organizaciones y del Trabajo (Master's in Organizational and Work Psychology), concluded in 2024.
