Kilian Schlenter

Kilian Schlenter is an experienced professional with a robust background in operations, business development, and sales, currently serving as the Head of Operations at WEICH Couture Alpaca since October 2020. Prior roles at WEICH Couture Alpaca included Senior Business Development Manager and Business Development & Sales Manager. Kilian's prior experience includes internships at Deutsche Telekom as a CSP Inhouse Consulting Intern, Horváth & Partners Management Consultants as a Consulting Intern, and Daimler AG as a Product Management Intern. Early roles also featured positions at m3connect as an Internal Sales Intern and LEONI as a Logistics Working Student and Contract Management Intern. Kilian holds a Master of Science in Mannheim Master in Management from the University of Mannheim and completed a semester abroad at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Additionally, Kilian earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from RWTH Aachen University and participated in a semester abroad at the University of Technology Sydney.
