Andrew Peltola

Andrew Peltola is a seasoned operations manager with extensive experience in corporate housing and quality control. Currently serving as the BOQ Operations Manager at Weichert Corporate Housing since January 2015, Andrew oversees the daily operations of Basic Overnight Quarters in the Washington DC Metro Area, including the management of corporate apartments. Andrew has previously held the position of Director of Quality Control at Weichert, where responsibilities included maintaining apartment quality, managing household supplies, performing customer service calls, and conducting cost and budget analyses. Prior experience also includes the role of Operations Field Inspector Manager at Churchill Living, focusing on the inspection and maintenance of apartments. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Radford University.
