SVP Of Process Improvement, Business Development & Talent Management at Weichert Financial Services

Sean O'Flynn has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Sean began their career as a Recruiter at Aerotek, specializing in I.T. staffing. Sean then joined Radix Computer Careers as a Senior Recruiter-Accounts Manager. Sean's next venture was with the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Corporal for six years. Following their military service, they worked as a Recruiting Manager at Weichert Financial Services before being promoted to Vice President of Recruiting. Sean played a significant role in designing and implementing the recruiting strategy for multiple companies under the Weichert Family of Companies. Sean then transitioned into the position of Vice President, responsible for Continuous Process Improvement & Business Development. In this role, they utilized Six Sigma methodologies to improve organizational processes. Currently, Sean holds the position of SVP of Process Improvement, Business Development & Talent Management at Weichert Financial Services, where they are driving continuous improvement efforts and strategic planning.

Sean O'Flynn received a Bachelor of Science in Business from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. Sean also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Certificate from Villanova University in 2013 and a Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate from Villanova University in 2014.
