Chet Welch

Chet Welch has extensive work experience in the field of property taxation. Chet started their career in 2005 as the Director of Real Property at Pivotal Tax Solutions. In 2010, they became the Director at DMA - DuCharme, McMillen & Associates, Inc. Chet then worked as a Tax Specialist at Boyer Bohn, P.C. in 2016 before joining Pivotal Tax Solutions LLC as a Sr. Manager of Complex Real Property. Currently, Chet serves as the Director of International Property Tax at Weidner Apartment Homes since 2017.

Chet Welch completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy at the W. P. Carey School of Business – Arizona State University. Chet then pursued further education at the Oklahoma City University School of Law, where they obtained a JD degree in Law.
