Joshua Hayes

Josh Hayes, CAMT-L, CAPS, currently serves as the Regional Maintenance Director at Weidner Apartment Homes, leading a 15-member maintenance team for the largest apartment community in Oklahoma. With substantial experience in property management, Hayes has held positions including Area Service Manager and Service Manager, effectively managing daily operations and maintenance activities. Prior to Weidner, Hayes worked as a Construction Manager for The RADCO Companies ®, overseeing capital improvement projects with budgets up to $8 million. Previous roles include Senior Service Manager positions at Greystar and Riverstone Residential Group, focusing on maintenance operations and new construction projects. Hayes began the career as a Service Technician at Griffis/Blessing, Inc., and holds an Associate's degree in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology from Intellitic College.
