Shelly Y.

Shelly Y. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Shelly started their career as a Sales Consultant at AT&T in 2004 and worked in that role until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they served as a Leasing Consultant at Douglas Emmett. In 2016, they joined Weidner Apartment Homes as a Leasing Specialist and later progressed to the role of Assistant Community Director. Currently, Shelly holds the position of Community Director at Weidner Apartment Homes. Additionally, in 2020, they worked at the Municipality of Anchorage as a Precinct Chairperson, responsible for overseeing the logistics and operations of polling places during elections.

Shelly Y. is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Real Estate and Property Management at the University of Alaska Anchorage. Shelly is expected to graduate in 2024. Prior to this, from 2020 to 2022, Shelly obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General, also from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
