Joshuva Simon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and engineering. Currently serving as a Product Manager at WeighPack Systems Inc. since February 2020, Joshuva has successfully defined and analyzed performance metrics across product lines and collaborated with technical teams to implement significant feature upgrades. Previously, Joshuva contributed as a Project Coordinator at WeighPack Systems, coordinating cross-functional teams and supporting material procurement processes. Joshuva’s background includes a role as a Research Assistant at Dalhousie University, focusing on inventory control research, as well as a Supply Chain Internship at Leecos Manufacturing Technology, where advanced Excel tools were employed for supplier analysis. Early career experience includes a Mechanical Engineer Internship at Madras Conveyors Pvt Ltd, where Joshuva designed and fabricated a new material transportation machine. Joshuva holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
