Jessica deals with a wide range of high value, complex commercial disputes, including contractual claims, construction-related disputes, corporate disputes (including shareholder claims), professional negligence claims and intellectual property.

Her specialism is in brand protection, including product liability, brand infringement claims and defamation/reputation management.

She also has extensive experience in dealing with claims on behalf of insurers including professional indemnity, subrogated recoveries, construction/engineering and policy coverage disputes.

Jessica is regularly involved in all types of alternative dispute resolution and has resolved a number of claims for clients through mediation and without prejudice meetings.

She is regularly instructed by a variety of clients including individuals, corporate bodies, insurers and owner-managed businesses.
