Jackson Rapaich

Jackson Rapaich has a diverse work experience, beginning with a Summer Intern role at PACSGEAR (now Lexmark Healthcare) in 2013. Jackson then worked as a Mechanical Engineering Summer Intern at Signal Essence in 2015. In 2016, they became a Junior Product Developer and Collegiate Marketing Team Leader at Frisbee, where they conducted extensive research to find product market fit and early-stage user acquisition. In 2018, they worked as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Altamont Software, Inc. In 2019, they became a Sales Development Representative at Elastic, and in 2020 they joined Weights & Biases as an Account Executive - Digital Native and Strategic Account Development - Senior Team Lead. Jackson also began working at Databricks as an Enterprise Sales Development in 2020.
