Joe Wear

Joe Wear has had a varied career in the technology industry. Joe began their professional journey in 2015 as a Sales Development Lead at Repairly, followed by a role as New Business - Innovation Pipeline at Accenture in 2017. In 2018, Joe held three positions simultaneously: Account Executive at Techstars, President at Manchester Entrepreneurs, and Programme Manager (B2B Sales) at AccelerateME. In 2019, Joe joined 42Maru as an Enterprise Account Executive, and in 2020, they took on the role of Enterprise Account Executive // Team Lead at Segment. In 2021, Joe became an Investor at Freetrade, and they are currently an Enterprise Account Executive at Weights & Biases.

Joe Wear received a BSc in International Business, Finance and Economics with a focus in Accounting and Finance from The University of Manchester.
