John Mulhausen

John Mulhausen is an experienced documentation leader currently serving as the Director of Documentation at Weights & Biases since October 2024, where efforts focus on building a documentation practice for the AI/ML landscape. Previously, John held roles such as Senior Technical Writing Manager at DigitalOcean, where responsibilities included leading documentation for a suite of product lines, and Documentation Manager at Facebook, overseeing a team for Oculus VR. Additional experience includes managing documentation teams at Docker, Inc., and acting as Technical Writing Lead at Google, where John focused on Kubernetes and Google App Engine. Earlier in the career, John held multiple roles at Microsoft and served as a Developer at Reliance Network and Vertebrae. John holds educational credentials from the University of Oklahoma and Tulsa Community College.
