Charlie Thomas

Charlie Thomas has extensive work experience in the engineering and surveying industry. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Land Surveying at Weihe Engineers since March 2023. Prior to this, they were the Director of Surveying Services at SJCA Inc. from April 2021 to March 2023. From November 2020 to April 2021, Charlie worked as a Professional Land Surveyor at Wessler Engineering. Charlie also gained significant experience as a Commercial Sales Manager at Rieth-Riley Construction Co., Inc. from September 2012 to November 2020. Additionally, Charlie Thomas has held various project management roles at SJCA P.C., Beacon Surveying and Engineering, and Commonwealth Engineers, Inc. Charlie began their career as an Estimator and Construction Engineer at Sam Oxley and Co., Inc. in September 1998. Overall, Charlie's work experience spans over 27 years in different roles within the surveying and engineering industry.

Charlie Thomas obtained an Associate's Degree in Surveying from Vincennes University, which they attended from 1991 to 1993. Charlie later pursued additional math and science courses from Indiana University Continuing and Online Education, studying there from 2007 to 2011. In 2013, Charlie Thomas also obtained a Professional Surveyor certification from the Indiana Society of Professional Land Surveyors.
