Michael Moiseyev

Michael Moiseyev serves as Co-Head of the US Antitrust/Competition Practice and is an Antitrust/Competition Partner at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP since April 2020, based in Washington, D.C. Prior to this role, Michael Moiseyev held the position of Assistant Director in the Bureau of Competition at the Federal Trade Commission from December 2003 to April 2020, overseeing antitrust reviews of mergers and acquisitions in various sectors, including healthcare and consumer products. Michael Moiseyev also worked as an Attorney at the Federal Trade Commission from 1989 to 2003. Michael Moiseyev earned a J.D. from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco in 1989 and a B.A. in Economics and History from UC San Diego in 1986.
