Bob Dowsett

Bob Dowsett, PMP has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the engineering and operations field. Bob currently serves as the Director of Product Engineering at Weil-McLain, a position they have held since July 2019. Prior to that, Bob worked at Sullair, LLC for five years, serving as the Director of Operations and Quality and later as the Director of Quality & Sustaining Engineering. Bob also held the position of Senior Manager, Product Engineering at Sullair.

Before joining Sullair, Bob worked at SUN Technical Services as a Sr. Project Specialist and at NIBCO as a Sr. Program Manager. Bob also has experience as the VP of Product Development/Operations at Stonegate Designs and as a Financial Advisor at Hilliard Lyons. Additionally, Bob served as the VP of Rotary Business Development at GAST INC., DIV. where they were responsible for improving the operating profit of two business units.

Prior to their time at GAST, Bob was the VP of Engineering & Quality Assurance at Gast and served as the Engineering Manager at Shepherd Casters. Bob's work experience spans over 25 years and they have a proven track record in leadership and delivering results.

Bob Dowsett, PMP completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Western Michigan University. Bob attended the university from 1978 to 1983.
