Roger Anthony

Roger Anthony has extensive experience in design and engineering, currently serving as a Designer and Simulation Engineer at Weil-McLain since May 2007. In this role, Roger leads the residential boiler team on new product introduction projects, focusing on the design of castings, sheet metal, and plastic components while managing the development of 3D models and engineering change orders. Prior experience includes a position as a Technical Illustrator at Industrial Graphics Services, where Roger created service manual illustrations and modified service instructions, and a contract Designer role with Rennco through Aerotek, which involved creating 3D models and drafting detail drawings. Roger earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Graphics and Design Technology from Western Michigan University in 2005.
