Phillip Smith

Phillip Smith is an experienced attorney currently practicing at Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial since October 2019. In addition to private practice, Phillip serves in the U.S. Navy Reserve as a Judge Advocate General’s Corps Officer since September 2019. Previously, Phillip held the position of Assistant United States Attorney at the United States Attorneys' Offices from April 2010 to September 2019 and worked as a Deputy District Attorney in Clark County from July 2005 to April 2010. Phillip earned a Juris Doctorate from Yale Law School (2002-2005) and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Stanford University (2000-2002).
