Cynthia A. Krist

Cindy is Divisional Vice President, Tax for Weingarten Realty. Her responsibilities include all areas of tax compliance, tax strategy and planning.

Cindy joined Weingarten in January 2005. She previously served as Director of Taxation prior to her promotion to Divisional Vice President, Tax in 2021.

Cindy is a CPA and received her BBA in Accounting at Texas A&M University. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Texas Society of CPAs.
