Make Ready Technician - Full Time Summer Temp

Pay: $18/hr for non-EPA certified technicians.  $19/hr for EPA certified technicians

Weinstein Properties seeks highly motivated maintenance make ready technicians to make vacant apartments ready for new residents this summer at Hampton / Newport News, VA area communities.

This is a FULL TIME SUMMER TEMPORARY position that starts Now (can be flexible) through JULY. Working hours are 8AM to 5PM Monday – Friday. Guaranteed 40 hours per week! 

Candidates must have mechanical aptitude and general maintenance knowledge in residential repairs including plumbing, electric, carpentry & appliances. Candidates should have the following basic hand tools such as hammer, screwdriver, wrench set, channel locks and cordless drill. Reliable transportation is required. A background check will be conducted.

ability to participate in the on-call rotation is preferred.
