Nikki Hauck is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition and human resources management. Nikki has worked in various industries, including construction, manufacturing, and non-profit organizations. In their most recent role as the Director of Human Resources & Associate Engagement at Weis Builders, Nikki provides staffing services and support, develops staffing plans, and maintains relationships with schools for college recruiting. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Post Consumer Brands, where they helped with hiring in multiple production plants. Nikki also has experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager and HR Generalist at Apex International Mfg, Inc., where they were responsible for sourcing and recruiting at all levels and guiding hiring managers. Additionally, they worked as a Human Resources Representative at the National MS Society, Upper Midwest Chapter, helping with merging multiple chapters into one unit. Before that, Nikki served as a Professional Development and Recruiting Assistant at PCL Construction, assisting in recruitment and organizing training sessions. Nikki holds certifications such as SPHR, PHR, CDP, and CDSP.

Nikki Hauck, SPHR, PHR, CDP, CDSP, obtained a Bachelor's degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato between 1999 and 2003. Prior to that, they attended Burnsville High School from 1996 to 1999. Nikki Hauck has continued to expand their knowledge and expertise by obtaining several certifications. In August 2020, they earned the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI. In April 2021, they obtained the Certified Diversity Professional certification from The Society For Diversity, followed by the Certified Diversity Sourcing Specialist certification from Sourcing Training and Certifications in August 2021. Nikki Hauck further achieved the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) certification from HRCI in March 2022. Most recently, in May 2023, they obtained two additional certificates - the Employing Abilities at Work Certificate and the Veterans At Work Certificate, both from SHRM.
