John Driscoll

John Driscoll serves as the Vice President of Store Development at Weis Markets, responsible for overseeing facility-related functions such as land development, architecture, interior design, construction, energy management, and facilities maintenance since June 2022. Prior to this role, John held various positions at H-E-B from December 2011 to June 2022, including Program Leader for both Central Market and Project Management Team, as well as Construction Project Leader and Facility Designer. In these roles, John coordinated capital planning, managed teams for new constructions and remodels, and ensured projects aligned with leadership goals. Earlier experience included serving as an Intern Architect and Project Manager at Dekker Perich Sabatini, where John delivered comprehensive architectural design services across various project types. John holds a Master of Architecture and an MBA from Texas Tech University, along with a Bachelor of Architecture.
