Amber Martin has a diverse work experience in customer service and client relations. Amber started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Legacy Research Group in 2016, where they focused on maintaining customer satisfaction and building strong client relationships. In 2017, they were promoted to the position of Customer Service Supervisor, where they advised in hiring efforts and implemented incentive programs to improve agent training and quality assurance. Amber then moved on to Taxpayer's Rights Advocacy Group in 2018, working as an Enrollment Specialist and ensuring strict adherence to confidentiality while working with delinquent IRS taxpayers. In 2019, they joined The Alternative Daily | UpWellness | Backyard Vitality | Real Daily as the Director of Customer Service, where they excelled in analyzing operational metrics and organizing collaborative team processes. In 2022, they became the Director of Client Services at Weiss Ratings, where they currently hold a leadership role in client management.
