Alan Gabriel is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in land use, zoning, communications law, administrative law, transportation, and local governmental law. Since 2006, Alan has served as a Partner at Weiss Serota Helfman Cole & Bierman, demonstrating a diverse practice. Concurrently, Alan holds the position of General Counsel for the Broward Metropolitan Planning Organization and serves as Cadre Attorney for the School Board of Broward County. Alan is also the City Attorney for Marco Island, Florida, where responsibilities include providing legal services regarding municipal operations. Previous roles include special counsel for telecommunications firms and as Assistant City Attorney for the City of Boca Raton. Alan holds a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida.
