Dominika Ratsch

Dominika Ratsch is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources and Head of Talent Acquisition at Weissenberg Group since November 2016, Dominika has previously held the position of Manager Recruitment within the same organization. Prior to this role, Dominika gained valuable insights as a Student Intern at ALSTOM TRANSPORT and Volkswagen Financial Services AG. Dominika's early career included time as a Human Resources Apprentice at BREMSKERL. Academically, Dominika Ratsch holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Leibniz Universität Hannover, complemented by international experience at Ghent University.
