David Zeevi currently serves as a Principal Investigator at the Weizmann Institute of Science since September 2021 and holds the position of James S. McDonnell Independent Research Fellow at The Rockefeller University since September 2017. Previously, David worked as a freelancer for Ofek Aerial Photography from October 2006 to October 2011 and as an aquaculture systems software designer at Kora from January 2006 to September 2006. David also served as an officer in the Israeli Air Force from July 1998 to August 2005. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Computational Biology from the Weizmann Institute of Science (2012-2017), an MSc in Bioinformatics from Tel Aviv University (2009-2011), and a BSc in Bioinformatics from Tel Aviv University (2006-2009).
