Miha Gottlieb

Miha Gottlieb is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in managing support teams and IT services across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director and Head of IT Support at the Weizmann Institute of Science since January 2018, Miha oversees multiple teams, including Helpdesk and Desktop Engineering, while setting a strategic vision for service excellence. Previous roles include Global Conferencing Services Manager at Teva Pharmaceuticals, where Miha led a global support team and managed major conferencing implementations, and Support Manager at Calanit Carmon, responsible for service desks in manufacturing sites. Miha began IT career at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where responsibilities included leading IT support for academic staff and students. Educational achievements include an International Executive MBA from the Kellogg-Recanati program and a BA in International Relations & Geography from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, along with several IT certifications.
