Mohamed Toubi

Mohamed Toubi is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in public financial management. Since January 2017, Mohamed serves as the Director of Financial Services at Ville de JARNY. In addition, Mohamed has been a collaborator at WEKA and a trainer for financial, budgetary, and accounting topics at CNFPT since March 2015. Prior to these roles, Mohamed was the Budget Manager for Metz Métropole Agglomération from May 2012 to January 2017, overseeing budget preparation and execution while also conducting training on local public finances. Earlier experience includes serving as the Head of Finance for Communauté de Communes des Belles Fontaines, focusing on financial analysis, budget development, and community mergers. Mohamed holds two Master's degrees in Public Administration and Public Finances from a French National institution and a Baccalauréat in Economic and Social Sciences from Lycée Lumière.
