Liat Shapira

Liat Shapira has a diverse work experience in the HR and recruitment field. Liat currently holds the position of Senior Director HR at WekaIO since 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Headhunting & Recruitment Expert at Liat Shapira Headhunting & Recruitment Services from 2018 to 2019. Liat also served as an HR Business Partner at Rogue Wave Software from 2016 to 2018, where they managed global recruitment processes and provided HR support. From 2007 to 2016, Liat worked at Zend Technologies as an HR Generalist & Global Talent Acquisition Partner, responsible for recruitment processes and employee support. Lastly, they worked as a Recruitment Manager for executive/ High-Tech industry as a freelancer from 2006 to 2008.

Liat Shapira earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Management from The Open University of Israel between 2007 and 2011. Liat later pursued a Master's Degree in Organizational Consulting from Bar-Ilan University from 2014 to 2015.
