Paula Park

Paula Park has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and research fields. Paula currently works at WelbeHealth as a Population Health Clinical Pharmacist. Prior to that, they served as a PACE Pharmacy Supervisor at San Ysidro Health, where they established clinical pharmacy services and managed care duties. Paula also worked as an Interprofessional Pharmacy Fellow at the University of California San Diego, a Pharmacist-in-charge at Desert Oasis Healthcare, a Graduate Student at The Scripps Research Institute, and a Research Associate at Roche. Paula'sroles have involved medication management, interdisciplinary collaboration, policy development, and research.

Paula Park earned their Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from UC San Diego from 2007 to 2014. During this time, they obtained additional certifications in Emergency Contraception and Pharmacy Immunization Delivery from Skaggs School of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2009 and 2007, respectively. In 2010 to 2013, Paula pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biomedical Sciences at UC San Diego. After completing their education, they became a Registered Pharmacist licensed by the California Board of Pharmacy in September 2014. In July 2018, they obtained certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association.
