Emily Underwood is an accomplished professional with a strong background in customer experience and project management. Currently serving as Director of Customer Experience at Welbi since March 2021, Emily has previously held roles in client services and implementation at Think Research, where responsibilities included managing client projects and enhancing operational efficiencies. Additional experience includes research coordination at Sunnybrook, supporting health-related research initiatives, and pharmacy assistance, contributing to patient care and inventory management. Emily holds a Master’s Degree in Medical Science from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Science with a focus on Neuroscience from the University of Guelph.
