Swot Liu

Swot Liu has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Swot is currently employed as the National Sales Director II at Welbilt Inc., a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Sales Director at Kärcher China from August 2017 to February 2022, where they were responsible for industry analyses, strategy planning, and team management. From April 2015 to August 2017, Swot served as the Business Development Director at RATIONAL AG. Swot also worked at OSRAM as an Application Solution Sales Manager from March 2011 to January 2015, where their responsibilities included sales strategy planning and coordination with various departments. Before that, Swot held the position of Senior Key Account Manager at 3M, where they managed international and domestic key accounts. Swot began their career as a Sales Representative at ASUS and later worked as a Key Account Manager at 光(中国)投资有限公司.

Swot Liu completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Hefei University of Technology from 2001 to 2005. Later, from 2017 to 2019, Swot Liu pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at both BI Norwegian Business School and Fudan University.
