Rich Mathis is a Corporate Chef - Strategic Accounts at Welbilt Inc. Since joining the company in September 2015, Rich has been utilizing their extensive culinary experience. Prior to their current role, Rich worked as the Executive Chef at Amalie Arena from October 2007 to September 2015. Rich's culinary journey also includes positions such as Executive Chef at Avila Golf and Country Club, Chef Garde Manger at Saddlebrook Resorts, and Banquet Chef at the Grand Hyatt Hotel. Rich started their career as a Banquet Cook at Golden Eagle Country Club and gained valuable experience as an Advanced Culinary Assistant at Walt Disney World. Rich holds a degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America and a certificate in Culinary Arts / Pastry from Mid Florida Technical Institute.
