Julie Drumm

Julie Drumm has over 25 years of experience in banking and community service. Currently serving as Assistant Branch Manager and AVP at Welch State Bank since January 2022, Julie has also held the position of IT Officer and Assistant Cashier at Bank of Commerce, Chouteau, from September 1995 until December 2021. In addition to financial services, Julie has been a Youth Pastor at Word Fellowship Church since June 2015. Julie holds two Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Management, and Information Systems Technology from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, earned between August 1988 and May 1992.
