Chelsea Dietz

Chelsea Dietz is currently the Director of Human Resources at Welch Packaging, where Chelsea also holds titles in compensation & benefits, recruiting, communications, and marketing. Prior to this, Chelsea worked in office administration at Reider Family Dentistry, and held various roles at Welch Packaging including project coordinator, customer service manager, and marketing manager. Chelsea graduated from Indiana University South Bend with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing & Advertising.
