Donna Gilardi

Donna Gilardi serves as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Welch's since July 2021, providing advanced support to both the CEO and CFO, managing board meetings, overseeing the logistics for events, and preparing materials for leadership meetings. Previous experience includes similar roles at Wind River Environmental, Consigli Construction Co., Inc., Shawmut Design and Construction, Silver Bridge, Fidelity Investments, CIBC Oppenheimer, and State Street, where Donna consistently demonstrated expertise in executive support, meeting coordination, and internal communications. Donna holds a Secretarial Certificate from Burdett College and a high school diploma from Watertown High School.
