Before joining Welch's, Jen worked for Hasbro, where they held various roles including Senior Manager of Global Communications, Brand Publicity from January 2019 to August 2022, Manager of Global Communications from July 2016 to January 2019, and Associate Manager of Global Communications from October 2012 to July 2016. Jen also has experience working as an Account Executive at InkHouse Media + Marketing from January 2008 to October 2012. Earlier in their career, they served as the Accounting, Human Resources, and Office Manager at Savatar from July 2003 to August 2007, and as an Accounting Clerk at Barker Steel from June 1999 to December 2001.
Jen DeAngelis completed their high school education at Milford High School from 1995 to 1999. Jen then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Marketing at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, where they studied from 1999 to 2003.
