Marcin Slawecki

Marcin Slawecki has extensive work experience in the aviation industry. Marcin currently serves as the Executive Director of Operations at Welcome Airport Services Sp. z o. o. Starting in 2022, they are responsible for overseeing the company's operations. Prior to this role, Marcin was a Travel Board Member at the International Air Transport Association (IATA) from 2019 to 2022. In this position, they provided advice to improve customer satisfaction in the aviation industry.

Marcin also held various roles at LOT Polish Airlines, starting in 2001. Marcin served as the Ground Operations Executive Director from 2016 to 2022, responsible for managing ground operations at approximately 150 airports worldwide. Before that, they worked as the Deputy Ground Operations Director and Manager of Cost Control & Ground Operations Quality Department. Marcin also played a key role in the airline's restructuring program, serving as a Project Manager and Main Planner at the Restructuring Program Bureau. Additionally, they served as the Head of Marketing Researches Section and Marketing Specialist at LOT Polish Airlines.

Furthermore, Marcin Slawecki has additional experience outside of LOT Polish Airlines. Marcin served as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Xfly, a subsidiary of LOT Polish Airlines, from 2017 to 2020. Marcin was also a Ground Operations Group Member at the International Air Transport Association (IATA) from 2017 to 2019, where they advised on improving the safety and efficiency of ground operations in the aviation industry.

Marcin Slawecki obtained their Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Lodz. Marcin pursued this degree from 1994 to 1999.
