Nicola Marshall

Nicola Marshall has extensive experience in human resources within the hospitality sector, highlighted by roles such as People Director at Welcome Break, where responsibility included managing the full employee life-cycle for over 6,000 team members and leading a team of 15. Prior to this, Nicola served as Head of People at Welcome Break, supporting cultural development and overseeing a strategy across the UK motorway network. Previous positions include HR Business Partner at Travelodge Hotels Limited and Resourcing Manager at Greene King, alongside a progressive career at Whitbread Restaurants, where performance and talent management were key focuses.
