Joey Shampain is currently the Senior Director of Product at Welcome Homes. Prior to this role, Joey was at Shortcut for 3 years and 10 months, where they served as the Senior Product Manager, Product Manager, and Manager of Marketing Operations and Analytics. Before Shortcut, Joey worked at Kepler Group for 2 years and 4 months as the Manager of Client Solutions and Senior Analyst of Client Solutions. Joey started their professional career at PwC, where they spent 2 years and 8 months as an Advisory Senior Associate, Advisory Associate, and Experienced Associate in Management Consulting - Financial Services. Additionally, Joey has experience as a Risk Management Intern at GE Capital.

Joey Shampain attended Cornell University from 2009 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Statistical Science. While at Cornell, Joey was a member of Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity and served as secretary and head of radio for ILR Sports Management Club.
