Kelly Camlin, LISW-S began their work experience in 2004 as the Clinical Director at TRANSITIONAL LIVING SERVICES, before advancing to roles such as Associate Director at ACLU of New Mexico in 2006. Kelly also served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at The Welcome House, Inc. in 2023. Throughout their career, Kelly has held various leadership positions in organizations such as Enterprise Community Partners, Linking Employment, Abilities and Potential (LEAP), and The Nord Center, showing their expertise in human resources, program management, and community service.

Kelly Camlin obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Cleveland State University. Kelly then went on to earn a Master's Degree in Social Work/Management from the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at CWRU. In addition, they received a Certificate in Business/Management with a focus on Women's Leadership from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. In 2023, Kelly Camlin became a fellow at the Aspen Institute Workforce Leadership Academy. Kelly is also a Licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Ohio and holds a certification as a Licensed Independent Social Worker-S from the Ohio Counselor and Social Work Board.
