Verónica Vacas has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Verónica started their career in 2006 as a Customer Service and Sales Representative at Promotora de Prensa Internacional. Verónica then worked as a Communication Manager Assistant at Col·legi d'Aparelladors, Arquitectes Tècnics i Enginyers d'Edificació de Barcelona from 2009 to 2010. In 2011, Verónica joined Wax Design as a Communication Advisor and Community Manager. Later that year, they joined EF Education First as a Customer Advisor and then became a Team Leader from 2012 to 2013.

In 2013, Verónica moved onto Merck Millipore, where they worked as a Customer Service and Order Management Representative. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at TravelBird, first as an Account Executive and then as an Account Manager. During this time, they were responsible for maintaining and building relationships with partners and finding new hotel partners.

In 2019, Verónica joined Welcome Pickups as an Account Manager and Business Developer. Their responsibilities included researching the market, developing new business, and managing expansions. Verónica also built and maintained relationships with existing and new accounts. In 2021, they briefly worked as an Account Manager at Bodas.net, where they managed a B2B client portfolio and focused on customer loyalty.

Currently, Verónica is working at Welcome Pickups as a Market Manager for Spain. In this role, their responsibilities include the entire sales cycle, prospecting, closing, and account management. Verónica also identifies growth opportunities in the Spanish and Portuguese markets and builds relationships with new and existing accounts to ensure product usage.

Verónica Vacas obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Universitat de Barcelona, specializing in marketing, fundraising, media planning, and techniques of sociological investigation from 2005 to 2010. In 2010, they attended Escola Espai, where they focused on studying marketing online and social networks. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2005, Verónica pursued a Degree in Audiovisuals, Cinema, and Theatre Production at ITES.
