Frances Araujo

Frances Araujo has worked in various roles since 2015. Frances began their career as a Database Intern at the City of San Antonio - 311 Center. In 2016, they took on two roles as a Registration Specialist and Computer Lab Technician at San Antonio College. In 2018, they were a Social Media Intern at City of San Antonio- Transportation and Capital Improvments. In 2021, they became a Senior Specialist of Student Success at Alamo Colleges District and a Marketing Operations Associate at Welcome Tech. Throughout their career, they have curated and coordinated social media posts, collected data on the social media impact of the Rainbow Crosswalk in downtown San Antonio, filed and entered transcripts, updated student banner information, helped financial aid at every level, taken students on tours of the San Antonio College campus, helped students find where to get help with their courses and degree plans, updated 311’s Knowledge Database daily, taken inventory of all supplies in the department, organized the supply closet, and run personal errands for supervisors and assistant director of 311.

Frances Araujo obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Communication, General from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 2020. Frances previously obtained their Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from San Antonio College in 2018.
