Emily Alexander has worked in various roles in the customer success and marketing fields since 2013. Emily began their career at JoWess Industries as a Sales and Operations Manager, where they provided impeccable customer service and oversaw projects, day-to-day operations, and other employees. Emily also produced the social media content and strategy for all media sites. In 2015, Emily joined Preparis, Inc. as an Implementation Specialist and Marketing Coordinator, where they were responsible for updating and editing email marketing drip campaigns, creating new and relevant email marketing drip campaigns, and planning and implementing the social media content strategy. Emily also served as a Marketing Intern, assisting the Marketing Manager with the optimization of public-facing content for inbound strategies, helping with the collection and synthesis of data from all marketing campaigns, and drafting client communications, content for social media, and internal presentations. In 2017, Emily joined Gather as a Manager of Client Onboarding and Training Manager. Finally, in 2020, Emily joined WelcomeHome Software as the Vice President of Customer Success and then Director of Customer Success.
Emily Alexander received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from Auburn University between 2009 and 2015. Emily also completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from Auburn University between 2009 and 2013. In October 2015, Emily obtained an Inbound Certification from HubSpot. Additionally, they completed a 15 Weeks Training in the Theory and Practice of Mediation from Auburn University.
