Chris Jaffe is currently the Senior VP Capital Markets at WelcomeLend, a tech enabled CRE capital advisory firm. Prior to their current role, Chris worked at JLL in Debt & Equity Placement and at Cushman & Wakefield in Strategic Consulting. Chris also served as a Registered Client Associate at Wells Fargo Advisors. Chris holds a Master of Real Estate, Finance from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Vanderbilt University.

We scan ~38 million deeds to see who is lending on what/where/when. Knowing propensity to lend is critical in finding mutually incentivized/motivated parties. CLOSE- WelcomeLend Platform: automates the underwriting bringing it fully online getting deals to the closing table faster with more predictable approvals. WelcomeLend team consistently closes 9 figures in deals each year.
