Daniel Blakely

Daniel Blakely is an experienced finance professional currently serving as SVP of Capital Markets at WelcomeLend since November 2025. Prior to this role, Daniel worked as a Consultant at Berkadia for a brief period and held various positions at the same company, including Vice President of Capital Markets, Vice President of Originations, and Senior Real Estate Analyst from February 2016 to October 2025. Daniel's earlier experience includes serving as AVP of Credit at Capital One from February 2010 to June 2015, and as a Production Analyst at Greystone Servicing Corporation, Inc. from February 2009 to February 2010. Daniel holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and International Business from Villanova University.
