Emma Newton Chartered Fellow FCIPD is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Group HR Director at Welding Alloys Group since June 2025. Previously, Emma held the position of Head of HR, Talent & Development and Communications at emovis from June 2021 to June 2025. Prior roles include HR Business Partner - Corporate Functions and Regional HR Manager at Univar Solutions between September 2015 and June 2021, as well as HR Business Partner for various regions at WRVS from January 2009 to July 2013. Emma began a career in HR as a Regional HR Manager at Robinia Support Solutions from January 2007 to January 2009. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate degree in Personnel Management from Leeds Beckett University, completed between 2007 and 2010, and a secondary education at Whitcliffe Mount High School, where GCSEs were obtained from 1992 to 1996.
