Aurore Galleri is a seasoned professional in customer success management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Welii since September 2024. Aurore has a strong background in leading teams and managing client relationships, having previously worked at Data Impact by NielsenIQ from April 2019 to October 2024, where responsibilities included onboarding, annual reviews, and managing churn for a diverse clientele in EMEA and Asia. Prior to this, Aurore held roles at Scalia, focusing on business development and client engagement. Aurore holds a double degree in E-santé from EM Normandie Business School and Université de Caen Normandie, complemented by experience from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics and Berkeley College.
